Creo que la frase "Getting it right!" tiene en este contexto el significado de "entender algo bien" , como por ejemplo cuando en inglés le preguntan a uno: "Do you get it?" o como cuando le dicen a uno: "No, you got it wrong!". En este caso creo que el título implica que al leer el libro uno va a llegar a comprender muy bien lo que es el Marketing.

Dar en el clavo


Explanation:
No me agrada empezar el título de un libro con un gerundio ("Dando", "alcanzando", etc., toda vez que se trata de un giro típico de la lengua inglesa. En español, se prefiere: "Para..." seguido de un infinitivo, o simplemente el infinitivo.
Creo que conviene tener esto en cuenta y evitar la literalidad, que esto sería traicionar al espíritu de la lengua.
Espero que mi comentario no se antoje demasiado académico, pero así son las cosas.
