English to Spanish translations [PRO]
English term or phrase:"Slathered"
The layer of suet, impregnated with salt and pepper and slathered over marbled flesh, protects and preserves the hams...
Claro que está hablando de jamones, pero no puedo encontrar el significado de slathered.
¿Quién me ayuda, guapísimos?
Explanation: If marbled flesh was slathered with the layer of suet, it would be "bañada con", but in this case, it would "vertir".
I often read and translate cooking recipes, I find "vertir" used a lot in sauces and stuff. Hope it helps :-)
