I graded the answers to your previous question to help you out there - one of them had the perfect translation and I gave it a 4. I grew up on a stable in Mexico so this is right down my alley. I'm a bit stymied by "flake" though and what you mean by it. I'm kinda thinking it may be the sections a bale of alfalfa breaks into? Anyway, the translation I gave you "hojaldre" means literally flake like a flake off a pastry in case this is what you're loking for - or you could just say "hoja." Write back if you can clarify better what you're using flake as and I can help you out more. By the way, "manojo" in the earlier answer is a handfull, so if you really mean just a flake DON'T use manojo! Suerte!
