en mi primera opción había incluído la palabra \"nudo\" pues me parecía una imagen muy sugerente. Luego, ponerlo o no, ya es a gusto del traductor, según el estilo en que esté escribiendo. La idea en cualquier caso es fruncir el ceño expresando un estado pensativo.
