Me parece demasiado evidente que una ventana esté por encima del suelo, por eso dudo de cómo se debe traducir.

Explanation:
Don't think we need to mention the floor, interior gets round this.
Dan a = look out over/at/on (la habitación del hotel da a la sierra)
It could also be read as meaning that the windows look out at the floor of the building which holds the warehouse (planta) but I think this is less likely.
