esto es para México, se establece en un contrato que varios dueños de un departamento en un condominio tienen derecho al uso del mismo bajo ciertas condiciones. Se ha puesto "multipropietario" pero creo que esto es más la idea de "copropietario", a no ser que se use así en México.
