English term or phrase: milkstone, beerstone
Hi everybody, I'm trying to translate some chemical safety data sheets ... I've come across "milkstone" and "beerstone" but can't find translations for them. Phrase is as follows: "aids in prevention and removal of milkstone, beerstone, and mineral accumulations on treated surfaces in hard water areas." If there is no corresponding term for "milkstone" and "beerstone" in Spanish, is it OK to just say "depósitos e incrustaciones minerales" as a catch-all substitute?

Spanish translation:beerstone = tártaro (de cerveza)
Explanation:
*Lechade de cal* is fine; for *beerstone*/*beer stone*/ beer scale*, here is a definition, taken from Termium: CONT - Beer stone or calcium oxylate is the light brown film that accumultes in the bottom of the brewing kegs. s EX - Keeping surfaces free from beerstone is most important ... even with today's easy-to-clean surfaces
