English term or phrase: back strain, back sprain
I left my medical diccionaries in the office. I need the medical terms in spanish. Can someone help me real quick?

Back strain - This one is when you twist your back
Back sprain - This one is when you pull a back muscle.

Am I correct?

Thanks!

Explanation:
Really, I was only familiar with "torcedura", but the references below have proven to be helpful. The Internet side interchanged both terms while my dictionary did make the distinction.

Good luck,
Peg
