As further reference, I translate medical applications Sp-Eng and very frequently see 'clínicos' used in Spanish.

Explanation:
Hola

Al ver la palabra "clinician". uno piensa inmediatamente en médico. Pero también existen clínicos en la psicología. SOn los psicólogos clínicos, que, al contrario de los investigadores, practican la clínica, cuidando de pacientes. Los investigadores hacen sólo investigación teórica.
Sería bueno que nos dieras toda la frase del contexto.

Cordialmente
Bruno

15 hrs
clinico

Explanation:
I would suggest to use only clinico because:
No all clinical work is done by medics (e.g. clinical psychology),
Medico interno is the equivalent of a physician (specialist in adult medice) and other specialties also do clinical work.
Medicos clinicos implies that the work is done by medics and in your context is probably a psychologist (who would get upset!).

médico / médica de clínica

Explanation:
Clinician [noun] = médico / médica de clínica.

Clinical [adj.] = clínico. This is an adjective.

Clinic [noun] = clínica; centro médico (privado); (of hospital) dispensario.
