English to Spanish translations [PRO] Science
English term or phrase:clinician
I would like you to help me out with the translation of this term. The context is a psicolinguistic text, in which they are are refered to as reserchers.
Thanks for help
Explanation: I would suggest to use only clinico because:
No all clinical work is done by medics (e.g. clinical psychology),
Medico interno is the equivalent of a physician (specialist in adult medice) and other specialties also do clinical work.
Medicos clinicos implies that the work is done by medics and in your context is probably a psychologist (who would get upset!).
I trained in 'clinical' paediatrics
