Explanation:
Hello. Well, not quite sure of this, found no info on "horned seal" but this creature (Northern elephant seal) does blow its own horn too, and lives off the US Pacific coast. Check it out under link 1 which has pictures and all the info about these creatures. Latin name:
"Mirounga angustirostris". D'you know what angustirostris means? Anguished face! Yeeha ha ha! Hope it helps, cheerio :-)
