English term or phrase: Black Locust Tree
The Black Locust tree is also known by its botanical name: Robinia Pseudoacacia. It is not to be confused with acacia, which is a completely different plant. Some sources I have consulted, however, provide acacia as a translation.

"Acacia falsa" is just too much of a literal transliteration.

Algarrobo

Explanation:
You don't need to translate the adjective "black", we call the tree "algarrobo". Obviously it is not an acacia, though I've also found the reference "falsa acacia". Its fruit is like a black bean and is used to feed animals. We've got lots of them near the Mediterranean Sea.

Hope it helps!!
