English term or phrase: VALUE CARD
Fibrinogen conc. (value card)
CARMEN
Spanish translation:see explanation
Explanation:
You don't give much context, but I can't see that any of the answers proposed so far make any sense in a scientific situation, or combined with "fibrinogen," so I am going to take a stab at this and say that value probably refers to "valor" or "valores", and "card" is usually "tarjeta". "Tarjeta de valores" would be my guess. Maybe it refers to something like on the link below, about "valores de referencia," and what form the sample takes.

Just my feeling... hope it helps.

tarjeta Value Card

Explanation:
Value Card parece ser un nombre de producto, añadiendo la palabra "tarjeta" completaríamos el significado.
¡Suerte!
