reo- (rheo-). Prefijo que significa flujo de corriente.

reobase (rheobase), es la intensidad de la corriente constante exactamente necesaria para excitar un tejido, cuando se aplica repentinamente.

Y en la Web se consigue la siguiente definición: Reobase

Es la menor intensidad (en miliamperios) necesaria para conseguir una respuesta mínima con pulsos cuadrangulares de 1000 ms. (Respuesta motora o sensitiva, aunque habitualmente se hace referencia a la motora).
