Well ... I'm uncertain where these slips are going to be, but the standard term for "recreational" boat slips is: dársena. However, in some countries they simply use the generic: muelle.

I suppose the "deeded owner" is the owner on the deed to the condominium, not the deed to the boat. So, I would recommend: el dueño nombrado en el título de propiedad.
