Explanation: I could find nothing referring to sipping racks. Could it possibly be a typo and refer to a shipping rack? In other words, a metal structure used to hold/protect items that are being shipped. See the following:

I’m not sure if this has a specific name in Spanish, but maybe you could call it a bastidor or estructura or soporte para transportes.
