I don´t believe it is wise to leave out the word rate. It is critical to the sentence since the phrase makes direct reference to

rem/hour or Sieverts/hour.

Dosificación is also dosage and by itself doesn´t refer to frequency whereas the portion of your text you provide is not so much about the dose as about the rate of dosage.
