see below. S.W.G. means standard wire gauge, also known as British Imperial Standard and I would leave it as S.W.G. I have found an example where this is the case in a text in Spanish.

Explanation:
Como ya explicaron, SWG quiere decir Standard Wire Gauge. Como es considerada una unidad, no veo la necesidad de traducirla como "calibre" (en este caso); yo simplemente usaría "14 SWG". Ahora bien, si en el texto se traducen las unidades (Kg en lugar de lb por ejemplo), lo correcto es usar milímetros como unidad, de acuerdo a la siguiente tabla:

18 1.2
19 1.0

Cuidado con el hecho de que a mayor SWG, menor diámetro, es decir, sin traducir las unidades sería:
"Hoja de acero de 14 SWG o menor".
