STEP 2. Apply either Interthane Plus or Brightside Polyurethane as per label directions. For an improved non-skid surface it is suggested that Noskid Compound 2398 be added to the finished paint. Any of the Topside finishes can be transformed into a non-skid deck surface by the addition of a non skid compound. Polymeric Noskid Compound 2398 is a man-made plastic sphere having a regular shape which does not have a tendency to collect dirt and has excellent non-slip properties. Once Noskid Compound has been added to the finish general application directions are followed, except there is no need to sand between coats. Usually two coats of non-skid paint are applied.
