Spanish translation:Carga de despeje, Carga de Desalojo and Carga de Panza
Explanation:
- belly attack: destruction of the target
This would be "ataque de panza" which is a charge directed at the underside of the vehicle, which is almost always a hit that either destroys or disables the target.

- track attack: destruction of track and running gear
This is a "ataque de oruga" which takes out the track on one or both sides of a vehicle that use tracks (like tractors, bullddozers) for traction.

Clearing Charge has me stuck. All I can do is guess that maybe we´re talking of a charge designed to clear away "cover and concealment" which are objects (trees, walls, dunes) that drivers of armoured vehicles use to hide behind and stay out of the line of fire.

Otherwise, it might be a charge directed at the top (turret) of the target the purpose of which would be to get the occupants out of the target and thus render it harmless yet still operational if captured. If so, it would be a light charge (maybe delivered by hand), such as a stun grenade. This part is a guess.
