Turboalternador a vapor
Generador/Alternador con turbina de vapor.
Si deseas usar tu propia sugerencia, usa el singular, TURBINA.

La forma más extendida es la primera,aunque todas son comprensibles.

Yo he trabajado con equipos ALSHTOM, y el usar la palabra ´grupo´ da la connotación de un equipo de emergencia, relativamente pequeño, como un grupo electrógeno Diesel.
Si es un equipo grande, o si deseas un contexto más general, mejor no uses ´grupo´.
