CHARATA Explanation: Pues bueno, si es un bicho y es un ave gris con cabeza y cuello gris, vientre gris ocráceo, cola gris violáceo con borde castaño oscuro, etc etc, entonces sería una... ¡CHARATA! Pero si no es un bicho sino un polvillo que ayuda a cancelar germinaciones por un tiempo x (que vaya bicho también) entonces es algo así como un "polvo de madera carbonizada" de cuyo nombre jamás me he podido acordar. Are you sure it refers to a "tipo de bicho".... this is what I found Explanation: in the Dicc. de Regionalismos de la Lengua Española: "panocho-a (Murcia) = Huertano y sus cosas.... a huertano= pertaining to an inhabitant of the "Huerta".... market-garden (de la huerta)...
