le pregunté a un especialista y me comenta que TC no es parte de la especificación del manómetro. aparentemente TC se refiere al controlador de temperatura

Thermocouple: Termopar


Explanation:
No estoy seguro realmente y me confunde un poco lo de la pulgada y media pero entiendo que hay indicadores de vacío (ausencia de presión) que funcionan con un termopar. No puedo decir que sea éste el caso pero valdría la pena explorar esta posibilidad.

Quizá se trate de un dispositivo de "thermal control" como lo sugiere uno de los colegas. Lamento no poder ser preciso. Espero que esto te ayude.
