Hola Mónica!
Mi reproductor CD no es tan moderno y por ende no tiene esta opción. No estoy seguro pero me parece que esto se podría referir a los actuales reproductores de CD que incluyen "Karioki" [no estoy seguro si así se escribe] pero es la facilidad de tocar pistas musicales y creo que el usuario puede optar por o elegir el ritmo, etc.
