los eruditos

Explanation:
I take this as meaning those that are knowledgable about their fields. You may also want to say "los que tienen conocimiento de la tarea". Hope this helps you! Good luck!

Trabajadores del saber

Explanation:
I think this answer is the most accurate. "Eruditos" is a nice one, but I think that if the original would have wanted to mean it, the words "erudite" or "scholar" would have been used. I think it is trying to make a play on words with "normal" workers and those who work with knowledge. Well, that's just my opinion and I hope it helps.

técnicos de la información

Explanation:
En el contexto a que se refiere el texto, es posible que "knowledge workers" tiene un sentido más restringido, es decir, los que procesan la información por ordenador. Me baso en la última frase sobre los "frequent flyers".

tecnicos de la informacío

Explanation:
'Knowledge engineers' - a standard term, with meaning now extended to 'knowledge workers', meaning 'those who work with data/data technology' as oppsosed to the other 'standard workers' in maintenance etc.

I would use Parrot's term.

Workers of knowledge, how else can it be translated? Si trabajan con la informacion, son trabajadores de la informacion.

Gonzalo is absolutely right, this is widely used, and I would say it is the standard translation now.

Explanation:
I agree with Gonzalo. If you´re translating something related to technology, this is the term. It´s all over Microsoft Web sites.
