"hornos de rocalla" sería el término más general. Pero si el énfasis reside sobre el tipo de construcción, tambien podría utilizar "hornos enripiados", --
(ripiado es un término de albañilería que se refiere a un conjunto de ripios o piedras pequeñas en las juntas de las mamposterías para dar buen asiento a los mampuestos).

Por otra parte, el diccionario Beigbeder Atienza da para el término 'rubblework' las siguientes posibilidades: mampostería concertada, rocalla o enripiado.
