English term or phrase: deliverable-based
"Provides deliverable-based standardized work for Engineering"

It´s an automotive industry related term. I think it means "Productos entregables", but i´m not completely sure.

basado en entregas

Explanation:
"Proporciona trabajo normalizado basado en entregas para ingeniería".

De mi experiencia, se llamaban "deliverables" a los elementos que un grupo debía entregar. Por ejemplo, en el departamento de traducciones donde trabajaba, siempre preguntábamos "which deliverables need to be translated?" o "the Spanish language kit is make up of the following deliverables: User Guide, Quick Reference Guide, etc."

¡Espero te sirva!

objetivos

Explanation:
I think in this context, the best option would be to use "objetivos"; "trabajo normalizado/estandarizado basado en objetivos"

documentos entregables

Explanation:
This term is not strictly automotive, but related to engineering in general. It generally refers to documents (blue-prints, diagrams, etc) that Engineering contractors must deliver to the client.
A technical manual is also a "deliverable" that a manufacturer has to give the buyer of a machine.
In this NASA link it is translated as "entregables". A google search for "entregables" also gives a lot of references.
Best regards,
Patricia
