Explanation:
Cell phones sometimes have over 15 or 20 different tones. In Spanish these are called "TONOS".
In the past a longer expression was used: "TONOS DE LLAMADA" ( also "tonos de sonido"), which has now changed into its shorter form: TONOS. Singular: TONO.
You can decide which suits you best.In any case both will be correct.
