Entiendo por lo que he visto en otras paginas web que el tronco del animal pasa por una proceso de fabricacion.

Gracias por tu respuesta pero luego de contactar expertos, me explicaron que esto se refería a lo mismo que "manufacturing meat" o sea carne de procesamiento, carne de segunda calidad para hamburguesas, albóndigas, etc. This one was tough! :-)
