Explanation: There are different ways yo can refer to the molecule NaHCO3 though the most common or most widely used in spanish speaking countries is "bicarbonato de sodio". I really woudn't choose "Hidrogeno carbonato de Sodio" nor "Carbonato de Hidrógeno Sódico", however "Carbonato ácido de sodio" is very commonly used too.
