I think you don't need to translate "facility", in Spanish it comes out a little redundant. I agree with Davorka that "Helpdesk" is very common, but I personally prefer to translate it.
Check this example (it's from a Chilean site, but there are hundreds on the web):
Help Desk o Mesa de Ayuda es un servicio de soporte especializado, orientado a apoyar y resolver en el menor tiempo posible, los problemas y contingencias técnicas surgidas a nuestros clientes, relacionadas con el Hardware o Software de los equipos y/o sistemas cubiertos por la garantía del Servicio.
