reuniones sobre temas de seguridad Explanation: Te paso algunas referencias donde se explica el término, y modelos de formularios para ser utilizados en estas reuniones. HOW TO USE TOOL BOX TOPICS WHAT IS A TOOLBOX MEETING? Toolbox meetings are a time for people in the workplace to sit down and talk about safety. They usually involve groups of people who work together and face the same sort of injury risks. Toolbox meetings are held during working hours, just before or after a work break, such as lunch or morning tea. Toolbox meetings are not a replacement for health and safety committee meetings but are in addition to them. They are usually short, and are designed to raise employee awareness following hazardous incidents, a recent injury or near miss, or some topical health and safety issue. http://www.safetyline.wa.gov.au/pagebin/pg003915.htm Please review the attached Tool Box topic at a meeting. These meetings should occur on the first day of the work week if possible so we can all get back into the right frame of mind after the weekend. These meetings will be sent out on a weekly basis. If you, however, are about to start on a new task, feel free to hold a tool box meeting to discuss the safety concerns with that task. Near miss incidents are also another good time to cover a topic. Employees should initial and date by their names and then return the cover sheet to the office as soon as possible. Feel free to keep the toolbox information for future reference. These meetings should be to the office after they are reviewed http://www.abcnebraska.org/tool_box_topic_report.htm The previous Workplace Inspection Committee will be replaced by 'Toolbox meetings' wherein Safety and other workplace relevant issues will be raised and noted. The appropriate response or action will be advised at subsequent Toolbox meetings. If the topic is of a long-term nature, then this will be monitored and also reported at Toolbox meetings http://osiris.gov.au/html/agreements/2/B1503/0/IA000200.htm Saludos, Patricia Reference: http://www.abcnebraska.org/toolbox_meeting_report.htm |
