deslizamiento limitado - permite algo de delizamiento pero en una situación de pérdida de tracción bloquea las dos ruedas para que jalen parejo. Tengo un vehículo equipado con esto.

con bloqueo total - no permite nada de delizamiento; no se puede usar en el pavimiento.

Lo más probable es que sea el primero pero habrá que ver el contexto.
