Gracias por la ayuda con "tracking". Creo que se podría traducir como "resistencia a la cabonización por arco/chispas". Pero con respecto a "hidrofobicidad" tengo mis reservas. Y es que "hidrofobia" significa algo enteramente diferente en español. He encontrado un término que me parece más ajustado, y que te paso para futuras referencias: "hidrófugo(a)".
