This is the literal traslation.
It is plural, that is why it is "disputas", not "disputa".

"discusiones, conflictos,litigios", could be too. But it depends on the context.
For example, if you are talking about the disputes among two countries because of territory, you can use "disputas" and "conflictos", but not "discusiones".
