Explanation:
se utilizan para filtrar las partículas que se acumulan en el aire debido a la combustión de madera, especialmente, en las estufas o calderas para calefacción en las viviendas.

en realidad el filtro se coloca en un lugar de la habitación donde está la estufa. algunos de estos filtros se parecen a un "radiador" de calefacción.

en españa se dice "estufas"; y también otro término más poético es "salamandra"
