English term or phrase: wizzarding
Monitoring procedure.
Bones are weighed before and after "wizzarding".
Eg:
* Weigh the 10 bones before/ after wizzarding.
* Divide the trim weight by the beginning, unwizzarded weight.
Does it have something to do with taking trims out of the bone?

Por ejemplo, podría quedar: Pese los 10 huesos antes que quitarle los recortes / restos de carne.
¡Gracias!
