In Spain, and no doubt South America, WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) is always quoted as WAP. Therefore, to translate your course title:

"WAP el asesino: poniendo fuerza a la tecnología sin hilos para aumentar plataformas B2B."

B2B is also stated as this in the IT press.

Esto es obviamente un juego de palabras en inglés basado en las abispas asesinas (Killer wasps= Killer wAPP. Lo cual pone en evidencia una vez más que los juegos de palabras y los chistes rara vez se traducen bien a otro idioma. En las interpretaciones en que he participado, WAPP y B2B se mantienen igual.
