All areas should have a clean and orderly appearance, free from clutter

All spills of product, raw materials, and water must be quickly and effectively removed in order to minimize the risk of contamination

All areas should have designated marked refuse receptacles, properly covered

Raw and packing material containers should not be used for waste product or other trash unless all previous labeling is removed/obliterated and the container is labeled ‘trash’ to prevent the risk of mix-up.

Scrap materials and other obsolete materials must be disposed of correctly to minimize the risk of contamination.

The facility must have appropriate washrooms and toilets equipped with soap dispensers, hot and cold water, and a single service towels or air dryers.

Hand wash signs should be posted in the washrooms.

Designated eating and smoking areas should not open directly into production areas and should be clean and regularly inspected to maintain cleanliness.

Eating, (including candy and gum), drinking and smoking are limited to designated eating and smoking areas.

All pesticides in use must have been approved as meeting any regulatory requirements and must be used according to label directions.

There must be a documented pest control procedure along with effective preventive measures such as door seals, insect screens and insect electrocutors.

Explanation:
Basically, all the above suggestions are correct. I decided to include this to amplify the term "clutter" as it is not easy to tranlate into Spanish. It is both a verb and a noun. As a verb it means to strew or scatter things in a disorderly way. As a noun it should mean the mess resulting from the things "strewn"
