English term or phrase: Build-To-Suit Agreement/Site
Hi there. I am translating an agreement where they keep referring to a Build-To-Suit Agreement or a Build-To-Suit Site. I thought of Acuerdo de Construccion segun las especificaciones del cliente, but it is too long. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help!

Spanish translation:Ver abajo
Explanation:

Explanation:
"buit to suit" refers to the needs of a paritcular person or company
Like(a taylor) does with clothes so it would best to use "sobre medida" o sobre a la medida"

hope this is useful.

Explanation:
"Built to suit" means "customized"

Therefore:

"Acuerdo/SitioWeb hecho a medida" is the shortest way to go.

Good luck!

Explanation:
If you want it short, what do you think of "Acuerdo personalizado" and "Sitio personalizado". Just another option.
Un saludo.

Acuerdo a medida

Explanation:
