permiso para trabajar en caliente

Explanation:
I have had experience with work safety and this means that the person will be working with a torch or some other heat activated equipment, and thus needs a special permit to work in environments that may have gases or other chemicals susceptible of burning or catching fire.

You can also use permiso de trabajar al calor.

Best of luck!
