English term or phrase: free television window

Gracias!

"all forms of television, including, without limitation, basic cable or on free television, network or syndication, pay/cable (including pay per view), STV (whether delivered via satellite, DBS), and any other television format or delivery system now known or hereafter devised (collectively, “Television”) (provided, that the grant of Television rights shall be subject to the reserved free television window of Secretaria de Cultura de la Nacion Argentina, as more fully set forth below)"

Spanish translation:explicación
Explanation:
Una de las acepciones de "window" en el NTC's Dictionary of Mass Media es la siguiente: A period of time during which a film distributor, network, pay cable operator, and so on, has the rights to show a feature film or other program.
Saludos,

Patricia

Pantalla de TV abierta

Explanation:
Hola David!
