Spanish translation:"DOBLE ARBOL DE LEVAS EN CABEZA"
Explanation:
Overhead= en cabeza, meaning, cam shaft located on upper part of the motor, this is the cylinder head or "culata"
double= doble, means two cam shafts (associated to 16 valve engines)
Cam= camshaft, or árbol de leves. The camshaft operates the cylinder valves during the engine cycles.
DOHC is the acronym normally used by the car manufacturers to denote "double overhead cam shaft"

culata de doble leva

Explanation:
overhead= culata
cam=leva
