No sé la palabra exacta para nombrarla a cada una pero en estas imágenes se ve bien la diferencia entre una y la otra.

La camiseta con "collar neck" parece una camiseta polo (o polera) porque tiene un pequeño cuello. La "round neck" no lo tiene.

Explanation:
Creo que hay una pequeña diferencia. Las de cuello redondo son lisas por la parte delantera y las polo (como se ve en las páginas que te entregaron) tienen cuello redondo, pero además tienen botones en la parte superior de la polera (normalmente 3) y además tienen cuello que se da vuelta.
