Si, habla de los calcetines navidenos, los que se cuelgan en la chimenea en las peliculas ...:)) se llenan con regalitos. No se quien es la audiencia de tu traduccion, pero, teniendo en cuenta que es una costumbre solo en EEUU, yo lo traduciria simplemente con "regalo", o "regalo de Santa Claus", dependiendo del contexto.
