Yo lo dejaría como 'control top', ya que estas medias vienen del extranjero con ese nombre. Pero si TENDRÍA que traducirlo, esta es una idea completa. Como dato te digo que las control top son muy fuertes en la parte de la cadera y abdomen (como para agarrarte los rollitos o rollotes).
