"Cuando oyó el saludo de Jorge, Marta movió perezosamente su bello y ágil cuerpo para incorporarse, pero se quedó sentada, ligeramente inclinada hacia atrás y apoyada en ambos brazos. Estaba realmente guapa. Llevaba un sencillo **bañador blanco** con un gran escote en la espalda y unas **sisas** muy bajas. Se ajustaba perfectamente a su cuerpo y realzaba sus curvas suaves y, a la vez, pronunciadas".

Explanation:
Sisa es cualquier apertura en cualquier lugar. Armhole en modas y en costura se llama "bocamanga".
En el diccionario Larousse dice Sisa y no pode encontrarlo en el Duden. Mi computador no quiso abrir mi DRAE... sin embargo, yo estoy segurísima porque boca-manga es precisamente el lugar donde se coloca la manga al hacer una blusa, o sea el lugar por donde pasa el brazo cuando la manga no está ahí.
Cualquier persona que sepa coser puede confirmárselo. Armhole=bocamanga.

disagree  xxxdawn39: la misma palabra lo dice: "boca-manga". Un traje de baño moderno no tiene mangas. La definición ya te la ha dado Claudia."Bocamanga" se dice "cuff" o "wristband". Buen domingo :)
