Hejsan, hur är läget? Explanation: You never ask a Swede how they are feeling unless you're truly interested. This becomes very obvious when you meet Swedes, do the polite thing of "hello, how are you?" and then stand there with your mouth open listening to a thorough run-down of all their ailments. "Hejsan, hur är läget" is an informal greeting but it's used rather extensively so it might do. Does depend on the conrtext though. |
