Explanation: My collegue's answer above prompts me to be a bit more specific:
There are two common words for victory:
Seger and vinst.
EG: The full translation of your sentence would thus be:
"Lagets första seger"
"Lagets första vinst"
However, metaphorically (or figuratively) spoken, the word triumf (eng. triumph) can also be used, which for instance occurs a lot in paper headlines, as I'm sure you can imagine. The reference for this is also mentioned below.
Furthermore, I humbly think that the victory occurs after the game is completed, as does the triumph.
