Tandkrämer, tvättkrämer och tvålar som innehåller syntetiska lödderämnen. Vanligast är natrium lauryl sulfat ( eller sodium laurylsulfat, sodium laurethsulfat).

karcinogenerna DEA och TEA (di-eller trietanolamin) kan finnas i form av cocamid DEA eller TEA sodium lauryl sulfate.

Gömda karcinogener (dioxan) kan finnas i ingredienser som innehåller PEG (polyethylene glycol), polyoxythylene, oxynol och polysorbat.
