patutot; puta (Spanish-derived)

Explanation:
literary, "kalapating mababa ang lipad" (low-flying dove; this in reference to the "dove island" off Manila Bay where they used to be grouped in ghettos, around the 19th century). This is your subject line.

"She hoy" does not have any special sense in Tgl, unless you consider that "hoy" is a way of calling attention (like "hey").

'call girl'

Explanation:
'hoy' is a commonly used word to call out to someone who is at a distance.

'she' is a pronoun referring to the female gender.

'call girl' is a more wider known street term for a prostitute. Other terms include 'puta', 'pokpok', 'prosti'(short for prostitute),and 'kalapating mababa ang lipad'.

\'she hoy\' is more likely a misleading way of calling a prostitute as an obvious means of concealing one\'s profession.

look up any dictionary and you won\'t see this combination of english (she) and Tagalog (hoy).

She Hoy = puta, "pok pok", prosti

Explanation:
There are many variants of this word in Tagalog. And She Hoy as I deduce is from "Hoy" - a way of calling one's attention (like the one prostitutes are known to do with their fingers calling their customers in the streets) and SHE - girl, woman. It's amazing how language evolve. I am sure this evolved out of gay community.

I agree with the answer of Parrot.

I don\'t think it\'s Hey girl! Do you see that anywhere here? You\'re asking the translation for She Hoy and we answered - puta, pok pok, prosti, kalapating mababa ang lipad, patutot (whore, very literary especially used in religion [Bible]). I can also add more terms in Tagalog like \"kanto girl\", \"paka\", and so on.
